Privacy Policy for Logisticaly WMS mobile application.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Logisticaly WMS mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), owned and operated by Logisticaly. The App is designed to manage warehouse collections, order statuses, and stages for businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Clients"). Access to the App is restricted and requires an onboarding process that is conducted in person. This Privacy Policy sets forth our commitment to respecting the privacy of the Clients and users of the App and the personal data that may be collected, how it is used, stored, and shared.
Information Collection
Logisticaly collects data exclusively to facilitate the operational management of warehouse systems for our Clients. The following types of information are collected by the App:
Data from External ERP Systems
The App receives warehouse data, including inventory and order information, through backend processes from Clients’ external ERP systems. The App does not collect personal user data except for necessary role-based information to manage user permissions.
Log Data
During the use of our App, we collect logs that are strictly necessary for monitoring system performance and user interactions with the App. This includes but is not limited to system access times and database query results.
Purpose of Data Collection
The sole purpose of collecting data is to ensure the proper operation of the App, facilitate warehouse management, and enhance user experience by maintaining system integrity and performance.
Data Storage and Security
The security of data is paramount. We employ a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:
Firebase Services: We utilize Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage, to securely store the collected data.
Security Measures: We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Logisticaly does not share any personal user data with third parties. System logs are sent to Coralogix solely for the purpose of monitoring and are not shared with or accessed by any third parties.
User Rights and Data Retention
Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us at support@logisticaly.com. Our data retention policy is to maintain warehouse data indefinitely to support the ongoing business operations of our Clients, unless a deletion request is received.
International Data Transfer
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside your jurisdiction. It is transferred to secure servers located in Europe and is protected in accordance with Firebase’s security protocols.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy on this page constitutes your acknowledgment of such changes and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data through the App is the performance of a contract established during the in-person onboarding process, where Clients agree to the terms and conditions of the App's usage.
